NHSRCL calls for construction of high-speed train, corridor between Delhi-Amritsar

Railways are working very fast towards running high-speed trains between the capital of Delhi and Amritsar. National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) has invited online bids for various other works including alignment work, aerial LiDAR survey. This corridor is 459 km long. The construction of this corridor will save a lot of time traveling.

The last date for submission of online bids is 28 December. The bid will be opened on December 29. Indian Railways is planning to build a high-speed rail corridor on 10 routes in the country. Out of this, 6 rail corridors will start from Delhi. It is believed that the corridor will be completed by 2025. Its approximate length is 6 thousand kilometers. Railways will spend Rs 10 lakh crore in this direction.

Here work is going on fast for the first bullet train between Mumbai and Ahmedabad. According to the information, 70 percent of the work of this project will be done by domestic companies. Railways are working steadily towards a self-sufficient India.
