Google employees played revolution in tech industry, this happened for the first time

More than 200 employees of the American tech giant Google formed the Workers Union. The elected leaders of this union have also written an article in the New York Times. This article claimed that the purpose of the Alphabet Workers Union is to protect the interests of employees. This is the first time that employees of a tech industry have formed a union.

Google was the target of the US Labor Regulator. It accused the company of illegally questioning several employees. These people were dismissed for voicing their opposition to the company’s policies and trying to form a union. Google claims that they have acted according to the law.

Company plea: Leaders of Google’s workers’ union wrote that we were trying to form a workers’ union at Google for many years. It claims that 226 employees have signed the union workers of the Communications Workers of America. Kara Silverstein, Director of People Operations at Google, said that our employees have saved the labor rights that we support. But we will always keep in touch with our employees directly.
