Number of countries increased after changes in scale

The parameters used for ranking have been changed from 1 January 2019. According to this, it is necessary to have at least 300 mobile or broadband internet users in any country to be included in this ranking. Earlier, the number of mobile users was 670 and broadband internet users had to be at least 3333. The number of countries joining the rankings has increased after the new standards.
