Facebook launches BARS for music enthusiasts, will be able to make 60-second rap on it
The New Product Experimentation (NPE) team of Facebook’s internal R&D group has today launched the new Experimental App BARS. This app is designed for special rappers. They will be able to prepare rap and share it on social media. This is the second music app of the NPE team. Earlier, they launched the music video app Collab.
Rhymes and Lyrics will also meet
The focus of the Collab app was to create online music with others. Whereas the focus of BARS is on making and sharing own rapping videos. Hundreds of beats have been given on the app. Users can selectively record their video. The special thing is that this app also automatically provides rhymes and lyrics.
Will be able to create a 60-second video
Challenge mode is also given on the app. Here, users can rap freestyle with Auto Sudden Words. This is a game-like mode. This experience is designed for those who want to enjoy rap. Video length can be up to 60 seconds. After recording the video, you can save it in the phone gallery or can share it on social media.
Aspiring rappers will get help
Like the collab, the NPE team has played a key role in creating BARS during the epidemic. DJ Leller, a member of this team, points out that the epidemic had blocked access to live music to places where rappers could reach. Leller Goer writes hip-hop songs.
He said, “I know that High Price Recording Studio and Production Equipment are Limited to Aspiring Rappers. So the live performance has also stopped because of the epidemic. BARS has been created with a team of aspiring rappers. Now its beta version is being launched. ”
TikTok-like interface will be found
The BARS app has a lot of resemblance to TikTok in terms of the user interface. It has an interface with two tab vertical videos. It has features and new feeds, similar to TikTok’s Follow and For You. On the bottom of the screen of the BARS, an engagement button is placed in the right corner.
