Hyundai extended its hand in the war against Corona, handed over many medical equipments to the Delhi government
Veteran auto company Hyundai Motor India has extended a helping hand to the Delhi government in the war against Corona. The company’s philanthropic arm Hyundai Motor India Foundation (HMIF) today handed over 40 High Flow Nasal Oxygen Machines, 40 BiPap Machines and 10 Ventilators for distribution to hospitals in the capital.
The medical equipment was handed over to Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia in the presence of DS Kim, Executive Director (Corporate Affairs) Hyundai Motor India and Tarun Garg, Director (Sales, Marketing and Service). As part of Hyundai Cares 3.0, HMIL has launched Project ‘Back to Life’, under which the process of procurement and supply of critical oxygen equipment is being expedited for immediate relief to the states and cities most affected by Covid-19 in the country.
Help to many states
As part of the COVID-19 relief initiative Hyundai Cares 3.0, Hyundai Motor India Foundation has expedited procurement and supply of critical medical equipment, as well as early delivery of these relief materials to hospitals in the most affected states of Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Haryana and New Delhi. Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the South Korean auto company Hyundai Motor Company (HMC).
