Their salary can change according to the workplace. Hybrid work plan, Work from home will continue in India

Before, Google CEO Sundar Pichai shared his plan to adopt a hybrid work model in early May. In this, employees will come to the office three days a week and for two days they will be able to work from there, the place they will find most suitable. However, the new Hybrid Work Plan will be implemented in those countries where the havoc of the coronavirus has reduced. In countries like India and Brazil, Google employees will continue to work from their homes.

Small towns pay will be lower

For example, if an employee wants to work somewhere outside of New York or San Francisco and he transfers there, his salary will be reduced. At the same time, if he keeps working in these big cities, then he will get a salary according to the rates there.

In addition, Google employees will be able to work from their current workplace to another preferred location for up to four weeks a year. This will give relief to the employees of the company during the summer holidays. They will be able to work while living in those cold areas.
