GETTR, a social media app supporting Trump, was hacked on the day of launch, the number of users crossed five lakhs
Jason Miller, a former senior adviser to former US President Donald Trump, recently launched a social media platform called GETTR. Trump’s adviser launched GETTR after being banned on all social media platforms, but with the launch, GETTR has been hacked. More than 5,00,000 people have signed on to this GETTR on the day of its launch.
GETTR’s interface is similar to that of microblogging site Twitter. It also has all the features of Twitter. GETTR is published as a non-bias social network on Google Play Store and Apple App Store. GETTR can be used through both browser and app.
After the hacking, Miller said that the bug that caused the GETTR hack has now been fixed. After hacking, the hackers had tampered with the names of some users. Screenshots of the profiles of many GETTR users have also been shared on Twitter. It also includes profiles of former secretaries Mike Pompeo and Jason Miller. Former Trump adviser Steve Bannon on Sunday called GETTR a “Twitter killer”.
Let us tell you that after the violence in America last year, Donald Trump has been banned by Twitter. At the same time, Facebook has banned him till 2023. Apart from this, Google, Snapchat, Instagram and YouTube have also banned Donald Trump on their platforms.
