Internet will not work in Kindle of these people after December

For Kindle e-readers, the company has announced to stop support for the company’s 3G network. Kindle users will not be able to use 3G internet after December 2021. The biggest impact of this will be on US users, because the work of shifting from 4G to 5G is going on fast and there is 3G service in some areas.

The company has informed its old Kindle users about this through e-mail. If an older Kindle does not support cellular data only, Wi-Fi, then such users will not be able to use the Internet.

Its information has also been updated on Amazon’s support page. In the US, support for 3G on Kindle will stop in December, although the company has not given any information about other countries.

Wi-Fi is not supported in the first generation, second generation and Kindle DX second generation of Kindle. In such a situation, their users will not be able to use the Internet. Such users will be able to read only the already downloaded content. On the other hand, Kindle Keyboard third generation, Kindle Touch fourth generation, Kindle Paperwhite fifth generation, Kindle Paperwhite sixth generation, Kindle Paperwhite seventh generation, Kindle Voyage seventh generation and Kindle Oasis users will be able to read content via Wi-Fi.
