Tesla’s founder Elon Musk is building a human robot; there will be no need for a servant!

To exemplify technology by humans, “the world has reached the moon” may be too short to say, because here humans have started making human-like robots. Although you must have heard or seen many robots by now, but the world’s famous businessman, Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk have also jumped in this race. Musk has told that his Tesla company is making a humanoid robot, which will work as a servant in the house.

Tesla holds AI Day digital event on Friday in which the company informed about its plans on Artificial Intelligence. The company also revealed about the upcoming project, which will be a humanoid robot. In this robot, the company will also use some part of Auto Pilot Driver Assistance. A glimpse of this robot was also shown at the event. In appearance, this robot looks like humans. However, it does not necessarily have to be the same design at the time of launch.

Elon Musk says that this robot of Tesla will be friendly and will not dominate over humans. Let us tell you, Elon Musk has been calling robots working on artificial intelligence and machine learning for a long time as a threat to humanity. Tesla says that the prototype of this robot will be ready by next year. This robot will be built to be 5.8 feet long and 125 pounds (about 57 kg) heavy, somewhat like an average human. Currently this robot has been given the codename Optimus.

Musk told that this robot will be a kind of personal assistant, which will be able to do everyday tasks at your home. To operate it, the user will be able to use common voice commands. For example you can ask this robot to fetch you the grocery or you can ask it to help you fix your car. It will be named Tesla Bot. Its top speed will be 5MPH (about 8 kmph).

At present, no exact date has been given regarding its launch.
