For this, Vi has partnered with the Government of Andhra Pradesh and Celltick.

Vodafone Idea has also partnered with Andhra Pradesh State Disaster Management (APSDMA) for alerts. Simply put, Vodafone Idea customers in Andhra Pradesh will get real time alerts at the time of disaster.

In the form of alerts, customers will get many important information including traffic and network jams. The company will also send this alert to its customers who are foreigners but will be present in Andhra Pradesh during the disaster. This alert will soon be started in other circles as well. This alert will prove to be very helpful for those who leave the area and go elsewhere.

Let us tell you that recently the IT department of Rajasthan has asked Vodafone Idea to pay Rs 27.5 lakh in case of online fraud through duplicate SIM. This amount includes Rs 2.31 lakh as interest. Interest will have to be paid for non-payment in a month; the company has to pay Rs 27.5 lakh to a customer who has been a victim of fraud.
