Microsoft has announced its new cloud data center in India. This center will be set up in Hyderabad. It will also be the largest data center in the Indian region. Data center will be ready by 2025

Microsoft will build its new data center in 2 lakh 18 thousand (54 acres) square feet. The company has not yet given information about how much it will cost to prepare this. The company said that the need for a data center has been felt after the Kovid-19 epidemic. In such a situation, there is no fixed budget for this center. There will be continuous investment in this. The company has made it clear that it will be made in the Hyderabad region only. It will be ready by 2025.

More than 60 data centers in the region

During the event, Microsoft India President Anant Maheshwari said that Microsoft has more than 60 data centers in the region. Those who look at more than 24 trillion security signals daily. The company started three data centers in India in 2015. After which its number is continuously increasing. Microsoft’s data centers in India are now located in Delhi/NCR, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai. At the same time, the biggest data center of all these will start in Hyderabad.

Anant Maheshwari explained the three words of India Lead Digital with three different combinations. He told how India is moving fast towards digitization.
