Grover’s cleaning on the dining table worth crores: Former MD of Bharat-Pe said – 1000 people will get employment if I invest 10 crores in business
Ashneer Grover, who lost the post of Managing Director of Bharat-Pe on charges of financial irregularities, is in discussion about the dining table these days. Business news company Bloomberg had claimed that Ashneer’s family eats at a dining table worth $130,000 (Rs 1 crore). However, in some media reports, the price of this table was said to be 10 crores. Ashneer was being trolled a lot about this.
Ashneer has clarified on this that I neither have any such table nor do I intend to buy such a dining table. The co-founder of BharatPe says that his dining table was actually not even 0.5% of the price being quoted.
Ashneer Grover, former Managing Director of BharatPe tweeted, “I don’t have a Guinness World Record for the most expensive table ever. Nor do I intend to do so. I will generate employment by investing money in business. I will invest Rs 10 crore in the business and create employment for 1,000 people, so that they can earn a respectable food for themselves. He commented on the news website- Don’t fall for lies, you will lose your credibility. In his tweet, Grover has also posted the dining table of the house.

Ashneer Grover had resigned from Bharatpe only last week. Fintech firm BharatPe last month sacked Ashneer’s wife Madhuri Jain Grover over alleged financial irregularities. After this Ashneer Grover also resigned from the company. The Grover couple has denied all the allegations against themselves.
