New initiative of Maruti Suzuki, will compensate for engine failure due to bad oil, cover will be available for just Rs 500
Maruti Suzuki India New Initiative: Due to the adulteration of oil, sometimes the engine of the vehicle stops working, due to which there are not only mental but also financial problems. In this regard, the country’s largest car company Maruti Suzuki India has started a new initiative. The company has brought Customer Convenience Package (CCP) under After Sales Service. Under this, engine failure due to oil adulteration and hydrostatic lock will be covered. Hydrostatic lock means that the engine gets filled with water as it passes through a flooded area.
Engine will get protection for Rs 500
Banerjee said that customers do not have to pay more money for the package. For example, engine cover will be available for around Rs 500 for Alto or WagonR. In case of any issue in the engine due to oil adulteration or hydrostatic lock, your car will have to be taken to the company’s service station and the company will fix it without any question. Banerjee informed that the benefit of this package can be availed by visiting any authorized workshop across the country authorized by Maruti Suzuki. Maruti Suzuki has more than 4200 service touchpoints in over 2100 cities across the country.
Customer complaints came
The company’s Senior Executive Director (Services) Partho Banerjee says that over the years, there have been many complaints of deficiencies in vehicles due to adulterated oil and heavy mobilization of water due to heavy rains on the roads etc. Due to this, many customers complained of engine sagging. Apart from this, sometimes there are complaints of engine damage due to adulteration in oil. In such a situation, the company has started a new package to give new relief to the customers.
