New Delhi, Tech Desk. SpaceX’s satellite Internet service Starlink is now available in 32 countries around the world. The company has announced this through its official Twitter account. Starlink has shared a screenshot showing this service on Twitter. This includes a map showing service availability in most of Europe and North America, as well as parts of South America, Australia and New Zealand.
Although SpaceX’s facility was available in only 25 countries, it will now be available in 32 countries by 2023. The company had told that in the year 2022, Starlink service will be made available in 25 countries. It is being said that by the end of the year this list could be longer. The benefit of Starlink will be available to those users living in remote areas, who do not have access to cable based internet. Let us tell you that earlier Space-X has launched several Low-Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites to strengthen its Starlink network.
In the map shared on Twitter, Coming Soon is written on the countries in which these services will be available. Let us tell you that in the last few months, Starlink was facing problems in delivering its services, due to which customers were complaining continuously. Although the company has taken these complaints seriously, after which Starlink tweeted about shipping.
India was considered to be one of the major markets for Starlink service. Along with this, the company has also started taking pre-orders here. However, Starlink was warned by the government and its pre-orders have been stopped. The government said that it is mandatory for the company to obtain a license before booking. Along with this, the government also talked about returning the money of those customers who pre-ordered the company’s services.
