Akasa Air To Have Airline Code ‘QP’: Akasa Air tweeted that we are very honored to announce our airline code. The airline had obtained a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Ministry of Civil Aviation in August 2021 to start its commercial flight operations.

Veteran investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala-backed airline Akasa Air has got its airline code. Giving information from the company on Tuesday, it was told that the company has been given the code ‘QP’. Let us tell you that the airline can start its commercial flight services in July 2022.

Apart from Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, this airline is backed by Vinay Dubey and Aditya Ghosh. Please note that every airline has a designer code.
