Noel Tata’s children Leah, Neville and Maya were appointed to the Tata Medical Center Trust, affiliated with the Tata Trusts. An expert familiar with the matter has described the move as preparing the next generation for the leadership of the Tata group. The expert, who did not wish to be named, said the Tata Trusts’ decision to include all three on the board of Tata Medical Center will help prepare them for a bigger role under the supervision of Chairman Ratan Tata.
