Nykaa’s Chief Financial Officer Arvind Agarwal resigns, has played an important role in the company’s growth.

Nykaa: Arvind Agarwal, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of lifestyle retail company FSN E-Commerce Ventures Limited (Nykaa), has resigned from his post. The company gave this information today on Tuesday. Agarwal joined Nykaa in July 2020. He was among the managerial personnel (KMP) who handled the initial public offer (IPO) of the company. Earlier he was working in Amazon.

What did Falguni Nair say?

“Arvind Agarwal, CFO of FSN E-commerce Ventures Ltd., is leaving the company on November 25, 2022, to pursue other opportunities in the digital economy and startup sector,” Nykaa said in a regulatory filing. Founder and chairperson Falguni Nair said, “Arvind played a key role in the emergence of Nykaa as a listed and profitable startup.” The company has said that it is in the process of appointing a new CFO.

Aggarwal said, “It has been great to be a part of Nayka’s incredible journey so far. All my learning and experiences so far have prepared me to pursue opportunities for personal growth in the digital economy and start-up space.
