Reliance Retail, under its in-house ‘Independence’ brand, will offer a range of packaged grocery products ranging from wheat flour, crystal sugar, gram flour, toor dal to branded rice, biscuits, oil and mineral water. Reliance Retail has launched the ‘Independence’ brand from the Gujarat market and has launched a number of products.
Reliance’s move covers almost all major F&B categories. Soon after Gujarat, this brand will be launched in other states of the country as well. Reliance will compete with big companies like ITC, Tata Group, Adani Wilmar, Patanjali Foods and Britannia in the FMCG market with this brand.
