Whirlpool Of India: Whirlpool Managing Director Vishal Bhola resigns, company appoints Narasimhan as MD.

Whirlpool of India on Friday said that its Managing Director Vishal Bhola has resigned from his post. The company has appointed Narasimhan Easwar as Managing Director (MD) and Additional Director.

The company said in a notice to the stock market that Ishwar was earlier the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President of ‘Key Mobility Solutions’. Bhola’s resignation was accepted by the board of directors of Whirlpool of India in its meeting held on Friday.

The company said that the current Managing Director will serve till April 3, 2023. After this the appointment of God will become effective. Whirlpool of India said, ‘Bhola has decided to leave the company to pursue his other interests. Ishwar’s appointment will be for five years from April 4, 2023.

Whirlpool of India is a subsidiary of American company Whirlpool Corporation and it manufactures goods like washing machines, fridges, ACs.
