New Delhi: The country’s largest and oldest industrial house Tata Group has once again got the title of India’s most valuable brand. Tata Group has achieved this feat with a brand value of $26.38 billion. Tata Group is the first brand in the country to cross the $25 billion mark. Compared to the year 2022, there has been a jump of 10.3 percent in the value of Tata Group. The Tata Group has been named India’s most valuable brand in the Brand Finance rankings. Tata Group is the only Indian group to find a place in the top 100 of the world’s top 500 companies. In this list, among Indian companies, IT company Infosys is at number two with a brand value of $13 billion and LIC at number three with a value of $9.7 billion.
All the top valuable brands in India have grown significantly in the last few days and their combined value has crossed $2 trillion. Interestingly, Airtel’s ranking in this list is ahead of Reliance Jio. There is a fierce competition between Airtel and the country’s largest telecom company Jio regarding 5G. Airtel has a brand value of $7.5 billion and is at the fourth position. Jio’s parent company Reliance Industries is at the fifth position with a brand value of $7.35 billion. Jio is at 11th place in this list.

State Bank of India (SBI) ranks first among banks with a brand value of $7.33 billion. After this, there is the number of HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank. Brand value of companies in auto, metal, building materials and hospitality sector has increased the most in the last one year. According to the report, the brand value of Tata Steel, Hindalco and Vedanta has increased rapidly. The reason for this is that there has been a spurt in infrastructure and greenfield investment in the country in the last one year.
Brand value of Mahindra Auto, Tata Motors and Maruti Suzuki has increased in double digits. The reason for this is that the trend of electric vehicles is increasing in the country. Taj Hotels has also expanded a lot through organic and inorganic expansion. Raymond has emerged as the most valuable brand in clothing. Its brand value has increased by 83.2 percent to reach $ 273 million. The company has jumped 55 places to rank 94.
