According to the information given to the stock market on Monday, under this five-year deal, the Indian IT company will acquire the IT center of the Danish bank in India and will add its 1,400 employees. The company will deploy Infosys Topaz, the recently launched generative AI services, to transform Danske Bank’s IT operations globally.
The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of September
Infosys expects the transaction to close before the end of September. “Infosys will tie-up with Denske Bank to strengthen its core business with greater digital, cloud and data capabilities,” Infosys CEO Salil Parekh said in a filing to the stock market. will help create more value for its customers by using technology, including generative AI.
