Infosys: IT company asked its employees to work from office for 10 days a month, reports claim
Infosys: Infosys CEO Salil Parekh, while releasing the company’s results for the second quarter of FY24, had said that the IT company has a flexible policy regarding remote work. Infosys is not the only IT company that has asked its employees to work from office. Recently, its competitor Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has also asked some teams to work from office full time.
Indian IT services company Infosys has asked some of its employees working from home to come to the office and work for 10 days in a month. According to media reports, an email has been sent to employees in mid-level roles in this regard.
An email sent to employees at Band 5 and 6 levels (which includes mid-level managers, project heads and entry-level employees) has asked them to be in the office for 10 days a month. An Infosys employee has made this claim while talking to the media.
