Tiff Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo said that Apple can increase the proportion of its production in India. In his blog post, he told that the company will start manufacturing the iPhone 17 to be launched in 2025 only in 2024.
Apart from this, the company has considered reducing production in China. Let us tell you that Foxconn controls 80% of the production lines in India. With this, its production in China will be reduced in the coming year.
iPhone production in Zhengzhou and Taiyuan in China will be reduced by 45 percent and 85 percent, respectively. Apart from this, 14% of the iPhone units being shipped worldwide are manufactured in India.
