Titan plans to hire 3,000 employees in the next five years

Titan Company plans to hire more than 3,000 employees in the next five years in areas including engineering, design, luxury, digital, data analysis, marketing and sales. The company gave this information on Tuesday.

The company is looking for skilled professionals for areas like data analysis, cyber security, product management, digital marketing and other new-age skills. Priya M. Pillai, Head (HR – Corporate & Retail), Titan Company, said, “We are embarking on an exciting journey to become a Rs 1,00,000 crore business in the next five years. We will add 3,000 new people in the next five years.”

He said, “We believe that along with growing our people, it will be good if we bring in experts from different fields. This will accelerate our growth and innovation. Our position in the industry will become stronger.”

At present, 60 percent of the company’s workforce is employed in metros. Whereas 40 percent is in second and third tier cities.
