Claiming cheapest cab service

Currently, Ola and Uber dominate the app based cab service. In such a situation, competition will increase after the arrival of Rapido. This will directly benefit the customers. Rapido has said that its cab service will be completely different. The company said that it will provide cab service at the guaranteed lowest rate. The company also said that it has brought a zero commission model for its drivers.

Started with 1 lakh cars

Rapido has said that the company has started its cab service with a fleet of 1 lakh cars across the country. The company said, ‘The SaaS-based platform is a great mediator, which specifically connects drivers and customers. No external controls are imposed on the marketplace. In the Rapido eco-system, drivers take payment directly from their customers and the company has no interference in it.

Drivers’ complaints will be resolved

The company said that it will work on subscription based model. Ola and Uber work on commission based model. Their drivers have always had complaints regarding this. Rapido has implemented a subscription fee based model instead. With this, the drivers will get full payment from the customers and they will not have to pay commission to the company. They will only have to pay a small subscription fee.
