According to reports, Adani Green Energy Limited is in talks with relevant parties to issue bonds abroad. This will be the business group’s first foreign bond after the US agency Hindenburg’s report on Adani Group’s shares came out last year.

Sources related to the matter said that group company Adani Green Energy is in talks with several foreign banks, including an American firm, regarding this deal. On February 6, the company’s shares closed at Rs 1,721.65 with a gain of 3.18% on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
Adani Green Energy Limited bonds will be sold this year
The bonds of Adani Green Energy Limited will be sold this year. However, the agreement regarding this has not been finalized and the terms are still subject to change. Adani Group spokesperson has refused to say anything in this matter.
