Dr Lal PathLabs Share: Company appointed new CEO, know complete details
Dr Lal PathLabs has appointed Shankha Banerjee as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). According to the exchange filing, Banerjee, who has a strong background in sales and marketing, has immense experience from his previous services. Shankha Banerjee is an alumnus of Delhi College of Engineering and SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai. Shankha Banerjee’s tenure will start from May 21.
The company’s shares closed at Rs 2,028 on Friday with a decline of 1.14 percent. The 52 week high of the share is Rs 2,767.10. In the last one year, the company’s shares have seen an increase of 13.32 percent.
Shankha Banerjee’s career
Since joining Dr. Lal PathLabs as Chief Operating Officer- Region II in July 2014, Banerjee has held important roles such as Chief Growth Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Presently he is working as Chief Executive Officer-Associates/Group Companies.
Prior to his tenure at Dr. Lal PathLabs, Banerjee gained industry experience during his 14-year tenure at Castrol India Limited and BP Lubricants, where he was the Global Market Space Manager. Subsequently, he took up the role of President – Sales & Marketing, Middle East and Africa at Pidilite Industries Limited.
