Now complaints will be resolved in 21 days, SEBI launches new version of SCORES
New Delhi: Market regulator SEBI has launched SCORES 2.O, a new version of the grievance redressal portal SCORES (SCORES). According to SEBI, through the new portal, the complaint will be sent to the organization automatically through the platform. SEBI said this strengthens the investor complaint redress system in the securities market by making the process more efficient. The status of the complaint will be monitored daily and it will be resolved within a maximum of 21 days. If dissatisfied with the complaint, investors will have the opportunity for review at two levels. The new SCORES system has been made more user friendly. If the complaint is not heard at one level, it will directly reach the other level. KYC registration agencies have also been attached for ease of complaint. The platform also integrates with KYC registration agency databases to simplify registration for investors with SCORES.

Investors can lodge complaints on the new version of SCORES from April 1 on https://scores.sebi.gov.in. Investors will not be able to lodge new complaints on the old scores i.e. https://scores.gov.in. However, investors will be able to check the status of the old complaint.
