Highest residential project is going to be built in Gurugram, cost Rs 1200 crore

Gurugram-based developer Ganga Realty will invest Rs 1200 crore to develop its second luxury residential project Anantham in Sector 85, Gurugram. The project will feature the tallest residential towers in the development landscape of Gurugram and Delhi, consisting of G+59 storey buildings. It is located close to Gurugram’s finest property hub, Dwarka Expressway, the prestigious Global City Project, NH-8, and a convenient driving distance of 20 minutes from IGI Airport.

Company’s second luxury housing project

Anantham will be spread over approximately 5.2975 acres and will have 3 iconic towers. The company is planning to achieve a sales revenue target of Rs 2000 crore from this project. This is the company’s second luxury housing venture after the success of its first uber-luxury project, Nandaka 84, located in Gurugram’s Sector 84 in November last year. It was oversubscribed within a day of its launch.
