Ola Electric starts early service guarantee to remove customer dissatisfaction
Ola Electric, one of the big electric two-wheeler companies, has prepared to improve its after sales service. For the last few months, the company was receiving a large number of complaints from customers related to delay in service. It has informed about starting Hyper Service campaign to strengthen its service network.
Ola Electric has informed about giving backup electric scooters and cab coupons if the repair of electric scooters takes more than a day. It will start its quick-service guarantee from October 10. In this, repair will be offered to the customers in one day. If the repair of its electric scooters takes more than a day, customers will be given a backup S1 scooter. Apart from this, customers having Ola Care+ subscription will be given coupons to avail Ola cabs which will be valid till the service or repair of their electric scooter is completed.
Recently Ola Electric had formed a new service team. Angered by the poor service, a customer of the company set fire to a showroom of Ola Electric. The company is receiving around 80,000 complaints every month. On some days the number of complaints reaches almost 7,000. Because of this, there is a lot of pressure on the service centers of Ola Electric. Due to increasing cases of malfunction in the company’s electric scooters, customers have to wait longer and become angry.
Last month, Ola Electric launched its first electric motorcycle Roadster on the occasion of Independence Day. Roadster, Roadster Pro and Roadster X have been brought in this electric motorcycle series. The Roadster X is priced at Rs 74,999 for the 2.5 kWh battery pack. It can reach a speed of 0-40 km/h in about 2.8 seconds. Its top speed is about 124 km/h. The company has claimed its range on a single charge to be around 200 kilometers. It has a 4.3 inch touchscreen. Booking for this has started. Its delivery will be done early next year. The price of the 2.5 kWh battery pack variant of the Roadster is Rs 1,04,999, the 4.5 kWh variant is priced at Rs 1,19,999 and the 6 kWh variant is priced at Rs 1,39,999. Its top speed is 126 km/h. Its range on a single charge is claimed to be around 579 kilometers.
