Instant grocery delivery platform Blinkit has launched a new app Bistro. This is a food delivery app. The Bistro app has arrived on Google Play Store. It will soon be brought to Apple’s App Store as well. The Bistro app is expected to compete with Zepto’s Zepto Cafe. According to a Mint report, Bistro was brought to the Play Store on 6 December. Its purpose is to deliver snacks, food and beverages in 10 minutes.

It is worth noting that Zepto’s Zepto Cafe has been launched recently and the company has announced that it will bring a separate app called Zepto Cafe. Immediately after that, the news of Bistro’s launch has come. Currently, it is available only on the Play Store.

According to the report, according to the details available on the Play Store, it seems that Bistro will be a kind of cloud kitchen, whose main priority is to deliver food to people on time. At the same time, Zepto’s cafe is now moving towards physical outlets. According to the company’s co-founder Adit Palicha, more than 100 new cafes of Zepto Cafe will be opened every month.

Quick snacks, readymade food items like coffee, pastries, samosas, sandwiches, pizza etc. will be sold at Bistro and Zepto Cafe. According to a Moneycontrol report, Zepto Cafe receives 30 thousand orders daily. Swiggy says that 5 percent of its total orders come from Bolt. However, this is not the first time that such a step has been seen. Zomato’s Zomato Instant has started and has also been closed.
