Adani Group will invest Rs 75,000 crore in Chhattisgarh, new jobs will be created in these sectors
Adani Group has announced a big investment in Chhattisgarh. The group is going to invest Rs 75,000 crore in several sectors in the state. Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani announced this investment in a meeting with Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai. Adani said that Rs 60,000 crore will be invested to expand the group’s power plants in Raipur, Korba and Raigarh. This expansion will increase Chhattisgarh’s total power generation capacity by 6,120 MW.
Adani Foundation will invest 10,000 crores
Gautam Adani has promised to invest Rs 5000 crore for the expansion and development of the group’s cement plants in the state. Apart from this, Adani Foundation has announced under CSR that it will invest Rs 10,000 crore in the field of education, health, skill development and tourism in Chhattisgarh in the next four years. This initiative will not only improve the standard of living of the citizens of Chhattisgarh but will also give a new direction to the state for social progress.
Establishment of data center was also discussed
In this meeting, along with the manufacturing of defense equipment in Chhattisgarh, the establishment of data center and global capability center was also discussed.
