The promoter of Kinex India has announced the sale of 6.29% stake (1.91 crore shares) of the company. This sale will be done through Offer for Sale (OFS) on 14 and 15 January 2025. According to the news of CNBC Awaaz, the floor price for this deal – the minimum price for the offer has been fixed at Rs 22 per share.

Sales have happened earlier too

Bartronics India Limited’s promoter Kinex India Private Limited (formerly Antenium India Private Limited) has sold its stake earlier too. Giving information on July 10, the company had said that it is going to sell 13,500,000 equity shares of the company, each with a face value of Rs 11.

This sale, which is 4.43% of Bartronics India’s share capital, is scheduled to take place on July 11, 2024 for non-retail investors and July 12, 2024 for retail investors and non-retail investors.
