Bajaj Finance and Airtel joined hands, these financial services will be provided under this partnership

Non-banking financial company (NBFC), Bajaj Finance and Bharti Airtel have joined hands to provide financial services. Under this partnership, both these companies will create the largest digital platform. Both the companies announced this strategic partnership on Monday. The joint statement said, this unique partnership will bring together Airtel’s 37.5 crore customers, a strong distribution network of about 12 lakhs and Bajaj Finance’s 27 diversified product portfolio and distribution centers of more than 5,000 branches and 70,000 agents. Bharti Airtel Vice Chairman and Managing Director Gopal Vittal said that today we are trusted by more than one crore customers and our aim is to make Airtel Finance a ‘one-stop shop’ for all the financial needs of our customers.

Financial inclusion will be promoted

Rajiv Jain, Managing Director, Bajaj Finance, said that India’s digital ambient system has been at the center of data-driven loan underwriting and financial inclusion. The partnership with Airtel will not only leverage India’s digital infrastructure for inclusive growth, but also brings together the expertise and reach of two of India’s leading and most trusted brands. So far, two products of Bajaj Finance have been introduced at the initial stage on the ‘Airtel Thanks App’. He said that by March, four products of Bajaj Finance will be available to customers on the Airtel Thanks app.

This is how better service will be available

Airtel will initially make Bajaj Finance’s products available on its Airtel Thanks app and later through its nationwide network of stores, so that customers can get a seamless and secure experience of this facility. The combined strength of the digital assets of both the companies will enable Airtel and Bajaj Finance to further improve the reach of financial products and services. Airtel customers can apply for the Airtel-Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI card through the Airtel Thanks app and later through its nationwide store network. The Airtel-Bajaj Finserv EMI card offers access to a variety of offers available to Bajaj Finance customers. The Airtel Thanks app now also offers gold loans to customers, helping new credit card customers gain access to finance and connect with the formal financial system.
