Google will pay 4.79 crore rupees rent in 1 month, its office is in this city of India
Google has renewed the lease for its two different offices. The new lease will start from June this year. Real estate company Square Yards has reviewed the registration documents of this lease and shared all the necessary details related to it. According to the company, Google has renewed the lease for the offices of its two different companies – Google India Private Limited and Google Cloud India Private Limited this month. Let us tell you that both Google India Private Limited and Google Cloud India Private Limited have offices in Mumbai.
Google will pay rent of Rs 4.79 crore for two offices
The total space of these two offices located in the First International Financial Center (FIFC) spread over 1.99 acres in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) in Mumbai is 1,49,658 square feet. According to the information given by the real estate company, the office space of Google India Private Limited is 1,10,980 square feet on two different floors. For this office, Google will have to pay a rent of Rs 3.55 crore every month from June. On the other hand, the office space of Google Cloud India Private Limited is 38,678 square feet and it is on the same floor. The monthly rent of this office from June will be Rs 1.24 crore. That is, Google will pay a total rent of Rs 4.79 crore every month for both its offices.
Rent will increase by 15% after 36 months
According to Square Yards, both Google India Private Limited and Google Cloud India Private Limited will pay a rent of Rs 320 per month for each square foot. Under the lease, both Google companies will have to increase the rent by 15% after 36 months. Google India Private Limited has deposited security of Rs 9.64 crore and Google Cloud has deposited security of Rs 3.13 crore. Stamp duty of Rs 1.87 crore and registration fee of Rs 30,000 has been charged on the lease of Google India Private Limited. Whereas for Google Cloud India Private Limited, stamp duty of Rs 66.92 lakh and registration charge of Rs 30,000 has been charged.
