Instagram down photo sharing app not working in many countries including India

There has been a major outage in Facebook’s photo sharing app Instagram today at 10:35 am. Due to this outage, users are not able to send DM (Direct Message) to each other. Also, any comments and likes are also taking a long time to load. Many users have reported the problem facing this photo sharing app on the social media platform Twitter. According to users, people are facing problem in using this app since morning. However, no statement has been issued by Instagram at the moment. 

Right now the Instagram app is working, but comments and likes are taking time to load. Also, the DM (Direct Message) feature is now working. Coming to the comments posted by users on Twitter, many were asked to refresh the app’s news feed with the words “We are sorry, but something went wrong. Please try again.” This message was coming. Due to the non-release of a statement from the company, it cannot be said that what kind of technical problem has occurred in the app.

Problem opening the app

According to Downdetector, thousands of Instagram users have reported this type of error after opening the app. About 47 percent of the users were facing problem in using the app. At the same time, 27 percent of the users were facing problem in using the web version. At the same time, 26 percent of the users were facing problem in connecting the server.

According to Downdetector, users in India started experiencing this problem from 10:35 am. So far the problem with the app is not completely fixed. However, some users have posted on Twitter saying that their Instagram app is currently working. At the same time, some users are still having trouble using the app. Why this problem has occurred in Instagram, it will be known only after the company releases an official statement.
