WhatsApp released a special feature for Samsung phones, use this way
A few years ago KaiOS for Jio phone was specially designed for Jio phone, then there was panic that a special operating system has been prepared for a phone and now WhatsApp has introduced a special feature specially for Samsung’s smartphone. This new feature of WhatsApp will help in shifting WhatsApp account from Android to iOS. There will be no loss of data in this. All the data will be transferred to the iPhone.
If you have a Samsung smartphone and have WhatsApp version 3.7.22.1 or above, then with the help of Samsung SmartSwitch app, users will be able to transfer their WhatsApp data to iOS or from iOS to Android. It is also worth noting here that the data will be transferred only if the version of WhatsApp in iPhone is 2.21.160.17 or higher.
How to transfer WhatsApp data
- Turn on your Samsung phone and connect the iPhone with a cable when you get a data transfer notification.
- Turn on the Samsung Smart Switch app and follow the instructions.
- Now scan the QR code that appears.
- Now click on the ‘Start’ button appearing on the iPhone.
- Now login WhatsApp with old number in new device.
- Now click on Import option.
- In no time all your data will be transferred from iPhone to Samsung smartphone and from Samsung smartphone to iPhone.
This new update of WhatsApp is currently being released only for Samsung phones. Samsung showed the first glimpse of this feature recently at the launch event of the Galaxy Fold phone, although it will soon be released for Android phones of other companies.
