China Lockdown Impact: Lockdown in China had a bad effect on India, Tata Motors suffered heavy losses

New Delhi: The supply chain of domestic automaker Tata Motors has been severely affected due to restrictions imposed due to the Kovid-19 epidemic in China. According to Tata Motors’ Annual Report for FY 2021-22, the suppliers are unable to supply their products to the company (China Lockdown Impact). This could result in the company shutting down production at some or all of its plants.

Tata Motors said in its report, “The recent lockdown in some parts of China to contain the spread of the epidemic has severely affected the supply chain. Due to this our suppliers are not able to supply their products.

Similarly, we are also seeing a temporary decline in demand, the company said. Many dealership centers in parts of China have also been temporarily closed due to the lockdown. This may have a negative impact on the company’s figures in the current financial year.
