An ED official told news agency ANI on condition of anonymity that Zhengsheng Ou and Zheng Jie were directors of GPICL, a firm linked to mobile maker Vivo and they have fled the country only last year. CBI is also taking action against the company
Action has been taken against Vivo company for violating PMLA (Prevention of Money Laundering Act).
