Apple employees have hit back at the return-to-office orders and launched a campaign saying the firm has limited their ability to work from home. This information has been given in media reports. The campaign is in response to a memo to all employees from CEO Tim Cook, who said last week that employees will have to come into the office at least three days a week from September, the New York Post reported.

However, a group of employees working under the name ‘Apple Together’ started a campaign against Cook’s orders, saying greater flexibility would encourage diversity within the company.

It added, “We believe that Apple should encourage flexible work to make it a more diverse and successful company where we can feel comfortable thinking differently together.”

The group tweeted some interesting questions on Monday and employees from around the world working at the company were asked to join the campaign. It was written in the tweet that are you an Apple employee working in the office? Are you not happy with the RTO (Return to Office) order? Sign this letter, let’s stand together.

However, companies like Google and Meta have allowed employees to work from home. Earlier Apple was also asking to work from home. People were working from home since the pandemic. Now he is being asked to come to the office.
