Therefore, entrepreneurs running manufacturing units with more than 100 workers hire Liaisoning Officers by spending Rs 10-15 lakh annually to deal with lapses in government processes. So that his unit can run without any hindrance.

By excluding various rules from the category of crime, many industrial enterprises working in the unorganized sector will bring themselves in the organized sector, which will not only give them various types of government benefits but also benefit the employees working there. According to sources, it may be made mandatory to fill all business related forms in digital form as the form is not submitted if wrong information is given in digital form.
At present, the equipment used for weighing raw materials added during manufacturing also has to be certified every year. Many figures are sought from the manufacturing unit by the statistics department and the default in giving it has been kept in the category of crime. If any information is omitted in filling the form manually, then it is also considered a crime.
