A case has been filed by a consumer in the US against the legendary chocolate maker Hershey’s. The company has been accused of selling dark chocolates that contain harmful levels of lead and cadmium.


On Wednesday, Christopher Lazaro filed the case, saying that the amount of metal in the company’s products like Special Dark Mildy Sweet Chocolate, Lillies Extra Dark Chocolate 70% Cocoa and Lillies Extreme Dark Chocolate 85% Cocoa is higher than the amount stated by the company. There is more.
