Noida Authority seals 13-storey building of Cloud 9, builder owes 81 crores.

Digital Desk, Noida. Taking major action, the Noida Authority has sealed Tower-31 of Sector-100 of Cloud-9 Project Pvt Ltd (Lotus Espacia). The builder has an outstanding of Rs 81 crore 55 thousand 184. This balance is towards the cost of the plot. The tower is unsold and a structure of about 12 floors has been erected. The authority stated that notices were issued several times to the builder to deposit the dues. On February 7, its file was placed before the CEO Noida Authority. On which sealing was allowed.

It was told that not a single notice was responded to by the builder. In such a situation, the authority has sealed the under-construction tower at GH-02 in Sector-100. The project was not working for a long time. This tower was to be made of ground plus 36 floors. It is a 2008 allotment. And till now the construction of the tower could not be completed.

Two flats i.e. a total of 74 flats were to be constructed on each floor. Whose area is 4200 square feet. These were to be luxury apartments. But due to land due, the authority has sealed this tower.
