AI is giving high salary jobs in India, these sectors got more than 45000 jobs in February.

Companies around the world are scared about Artificial Intelligence (AI). From Twitter owner Elon Musk to many veterans have talked about the jobs crisis due to AI. But according to the latest report, this AI can prove to be a boon for India. The growing demand for AI in industries across the world is bringing huge opportunities for the job market in India. According to a recent report, by February 2023, there were 45,000 AI job vacancies in India alone. These jobs were the most for Data Scientist and Machine Learning Engineers.

According to a report on AI by TeamLease, ‘Initiative for Critical and Emerging Technology (iCET) – Forces Shaping Future of Technology’, fresh data engineers, data scientists and business intelligence analysts can earn up to Rs 14 lakh per annum, Development engineers, data architects and database administrators can earn up to Rs 12 lakh, while fresh machine learning engineers are paid up to Rs 10 lakh per annum. However, candidates with eight years of experience in similar fields can earn a higher salary of Rs 25 lakh to Rs 45 lakh per annum.

TeamLease Digital Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Sunil Chemankotil said that this era of revolution in AI is also changing the job market. This sector needs professionals who can design, develop and implement AI technology. The good thing is that the Government of India is taking proactive steps to address this challenge by entering into a bilateral strategic partnership through iCET and setting up Centers of Excellence and Training Initiatives, he said.
