According to media reports, the Union Labor Ministry has issued a show cause notice to Air India for alleged violation of rules regarding some disputes between the airline’s manager and cabin crew members. According to the report, many cabin crew members have raised concerns regarding sharing rooms during rest before travel. Apart from this there are many other issues also. In this matter, a complaint was lodged with the Labor Department under the Industrial Disputes Redressal Act 1947. Due to non-receipt of response from Air India Express in this matter, a show cause notice has been issued to it. Let us tell you that the airline was acquired by Tata Group in January last year.
