Suzlon Energy got two big projects: Mahindra Sustain and Nordic Energy placed orders of 100.8 MW, Suzlon has given 250% return so far in 2023

Pune based wind turbine manufacturer Suzlon Energy Limited has announced that it has received an order of 100.8 MW from Mahindra Sustain Private Limited. Sustain Private Limited is a Mahindra Group company. The order relates to the supply of 48 wind turbines with a rated capacity of 2.1 MW. This project will be set up in Maharashtra. Suzlon will order 48 units of its S120 – 140m wind turbine generators (WTGs).

Suzlon Energy will execute the project

The electricity generated from this project will be supplied to Commercial and Industrial (C&I) customers in Maharashtra. Suzlon will execute the project with the entire scope of supply, installation and commissioning. Additionally, it will also handle operation and maintenance services after commissioning.

Suzlon also got project from Nordic Energy

Apart from this, Suzlon has also received an order of 100.8 MW for its 3 MW series from a leading Nordic energy company this time. Under this order, Suzlon will supply 32 wind turbines with rated capacity of 3.15 MW. All S144-140m series and this project will be completed in Karnataka.

Received repeat order of 193.2 MW from KP Group

Suzlon management had earlier said that the company was looking to get more orders for its 3 MW turbines. This is the third order that Suzlon has won in the last one week. Earlier, the company had won a repeat order of 193.2 MW from KP Group in Gujarat. This project will be established in Vagra and Vilayat villages of Bharuch district of Gujarat.

Promoters have no plan to increase stake in Suzlon

Speaking to CNBC-TV18 earlier this month, the promoters of the wind turbine manufacturer had said that they have no plans to increase their stake in Suzlon at present.
