Adani Group will invest ₹12,400 crore in Telangana: ₹5000-₹5000 crore will be invested in green energy and data center, ₹1,000 crore will be spent on missile development.

Adani Group is going to invest ₹12,000 crore in Telangana. This investment of the group will be in different businesses in the state. For this, Adani Group has signed 4 Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with the Telangana Government at the World Economic Forum held in Davos.

This information has been given by Group Chairman Gautam Adani. A delegation comprising Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, ITE&C Industries Minister D. Sridhar Babu and other officials was present in Davos during the signing of the deal.

Where and how much will Adani Group invest?

Out of this investment of ₹12,000 crore, Adani Green Energy will invest ₹5000 crore. With this, two pumped storage projects of 1350 MW capacity will be set up in the state.

Adani Connex will invest ₹5,000 crore to build a 100MW capacity data center campus in Chandanvalley.

Adani Aerospace and Defense will invest ₹1,000 crore to build a counter drone system and missile development and manufacturing center at Adani Aerospace and Defense Park.

Ambuja Cement will spend ₹1,400 crore to set up a cement gradient unit of 6.0 MTPA (million tonnes per annum) capacity.

Adani said Telangana government is investor friendly

Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani said, ‘The new government of Telangana is very investor friendly. The government has many planned policies, which are attracting investors. Adani Group will continue to grow in Telangana with available means.

Adani Group will be part of Indian Navy’s Make-2 program

Adani Group will manufacture Long Range Missile, Naval Missile, Next Generation Anti-Radiation Missiles and Rudram-2 Hypersonic Missile in Hyderabad. Earlier, Adani Defense and Aerospace CEO Ashish Rajvanshi had said that developing unmanned systems for ground and water is the next focus of the group. He told that Adani Group will also be a part of the Make-2 program of the Indian Navy.
