Adani Group company Adani Energy Solutions has given important information in the exchange filing. The company said that it has got an HVDC project worth Rs 25,000 crore. The company has got the HVDC project of Bhadla-Fatehpur. The company has received its biggest project so far. This is a 6 GW renewable energy project. After this new project, the company’s order book has now increased to Rs 54,761 crore.

Adani Energy Solutions Limited is the country’s largest electricity transmission and distribution company. The company has secured two new transmission projects. After this new order, the company’s order book had increased to Rs 54,700 crore. This figure has become three times more than the work order.
Jefferies said in a report that in the third quarter of the financial year April 2024 to March 2025 (FY25) October-December 2024, two new transmission projects worth Rs 28,455 crore related to Renewable Energy Park in Rajasthan have been won. The order includes the Bhadla-Fatehpur HVDC project worth Rs 25,000 crore, which is AESL’s biggest order win so far.

Adani Energy Solutions shares have given a return of 4.96 per cent in 1 week and 5.47 per cent in 1 month. Talking about the stake in the company, promoters have 69.94 per cent, foreign institutional investors have 17.34 per cent, domestic institutional investors have 5.85 per cent and retail investors have given a return of 6.87 per cent.
