BSNL-Government company BSNL gets a shock

Government company BSNL suffered a setback, despite the launch of 4G services, customers left BSNL lost customers in November, before this the company was continuously adding customers. Data from TRAI-Telecom Regulatory Authority of India shows that Bharti Airtel, Vodafone and BSNL have lost their customers.

BSNL suffered the biggest setback! Data shows that Bharti Airtel has lost 1136785 customers in November 2024.

At the same time, BSNL has lost 344473 customers. Vodafone Idea has lost a total of 1502255 customers. Reliance Jio is the only company that has increased its customer base.

The number of Jio customers has increased by 1212536 people.

BSNL’s new services- This service automatically filters phishing attempts and malicious SMS, giving users a secure communication environment.

National Wi-Fi Roaming: For BSNL’s fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) customers, this service provides high-speed internet access at BSNL hotspots at no additional cost, thereby reducing data costs.

5G service will be launched – Union Communications Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia has announced that BSNL will start the rollout of 5G services by 2025, providing high-speed connectivity across the country.

Mobile customers have suffered a major setback. Mobile tariffs in the country have increased for the second time in 6 months. Bharti Airtel has increased rates by 10 percent to 12 percent.

Other companies may also hike tariffs soon. Despite TRAI’s instructions, voice packs have been made expensive. Bharti Airtel has increased the rates of only voice packs by 10 to 12 percent after removing data from the tariff plan.

However, TRAI’s focus was on reducing rates. After Bharti Airtel, other companies may also hike tariffs soon. Let us tell you that TRAI had asked to reduce the tariff by removing data from 2G pack.
