Government company BSNL suffered a setback, despite the launch of 4G services, customers left BSNL lost customers in November, before this the company was continuously adding customers. BSNL suffered the biggest setback! Data shows that Bharti Airtel has lost 1136785 customers in November 2024.
At the same time, BSNL has lost 344473 customers. Vodafone Idea has lost a total of 1502255 customers. Reliance Jio is the only company that has increased its customer base.
The number of Jio customers has increased by 1212536 people.

National Wi-Fi Roaming: For BSNL’s fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) customers, this service provides high-speed internet access at BSNL hotspots at no additional cost, thereby reducing data costs.
5G service will be launched – Union Communications Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia has announced that BSNL will start the rollout of 5G services by 2025, providing high-speed connectivity across the country.
Mobile customers have suffered a major setback. Mobile tariffs in the country have increased for the second time in 6 months. Bharti Airtel has increased rates by 10 percent to 12 percent.
