LinkedIn launches Career Explorer tool for job seekers

Leading professional site LinkedIn has launched a new feature Career Explorer to ease the way people looking for jobs. This tool will make it easier to find jobs. In addition to Career Explorer, LinkedIn has also introduced a high profile photo frame. With the help of this frame, it will be easier to find the needy people. According to the company, competition for new jobs has increased by 30 per cent over the last year.

How will career explorer work

Exploration means expansion as the name itself suggests. So the advantage of this is that apart from your existing profession, you will be able to find a job in other profession as well. Through this feature, you will get suggestions for new jobs. Also, information about alternative jobs will also be available. Simply put, the Explorer tool suggests that you can be an account manager as well as a finance officer.

According to the company, due to Corona, people working in travel, retail and corporate are looking for jobs in other fields. LinkedIn’s career explorer tool is being released in beta version for global users, which is currently in English. It is also expected to make many updates and changes in the coming time.

Hearing frame

Talking of hiring frames, if anyone is looking for an employee, then he can apply this frame in his profile. The advantage of this is that people will know by looking at the profile that there is a job in such and such company. #Hiring will appear in the hearing frame. According to LinkedIn, if you have at least five skills in your profile, your chances of getting a job increase 27 times. LinkedIn recently added 100 new skills.
